On a daily basis, I see approximately 20 children in my office, whether it is for individual or group sessions, crisis, helping with the loss of a loved one, or celebrating their successes. The materials will be used to help develop social-emotional skills. It is difficult to help shape the minds and hearts of our future leaders without the proper tools and supplies. Children learn best through hands-on activities. Journaling increases writing skills and gratitude and reduces stress. Legos are proven to increase communication skills, self-esteem and encourages teamwork. Timers assist us with time management. Fidgets help our students manage their sensory needs. Help get these tools to them!
