My scholars at August Martin High School are the reason our 3-D Design program was such a success. Their commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm played a significant role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Scholars worked hard throughout each project, embracing the creative process—even when it meant getting messy with plaster, paint, glue, and other materials—to ensure a successful outcome. Through these experiences, they developed creativity, problem-solving skills, craftsmanship, and confidence in their abilities. One of the most rewarding aspects of the year was watching students take pride in their creations and recognize their artistic potential. Their dedication, perseverance, and willingness to try new techniques transformed simple materials into meaningful works of art and helped make the 3-D Design program a tremendous success.
