In my classroom, my students are challenged to explore and inquire about the world around them by not only showing, but immersing themselves into the real world. Walking into my classroom, you will notice that many students have backpacks that are falling apart, clothes worn several days in a row, and lack of educational tools to use a home. Our school is a high poverty school with students who have high needs. They need an reading pouches to extend their learning at home and share their reading success with their families.
