My students are talented actors, singers and dancers, who are putting in endless hours of rehearsal time weekly to give their audience a great show in addition to completing all assignments and preparing to take the NYS ELA and Math examinations. My students are passionate and inspired and want to participate in all aspects of the musical production acting, designing, and building the set. Here at our school we are developing the love for the arts. We hope to spark the interest of our students to pursue a career in acting, directing, movie or stage production. Since auditions and beginning rehearsals, my students have developed and strengthen their artistic skills and cultivated their abilities to collaborate, think critically, problem-solve creatively and communicate effectively.
