Majority of my students come from lower income homes. My students are vibrant, courageous, and are the future leaders of America. I teach Kindergarten at Tyrrell Elementary. We are located in Port Arthur Texas, a city that was greatly affected by Hurricane Harvey. Some of my students are still in the process of transitioning from the devastation that Harvey left us in. My students smile every morning and are always ready to learn something new. They keep me on my toes. With the help of donors we can repair and gain where we lost. My kids deserve it!
