My students are juniors and seniors, Math 3 (Algebra 2), Honors Math 3 (Trig/Precalc), and AP Stats. My classroom is a high energy supportive environment where I make it known that every student can learn math, even if they have struggled with it in the past. Our classes always feel like family by the end of the school year because we cultivate a standard of support. I encourage students to ask questions and to not be afraid of making mistakes. I have office hours almost daily for students to come in for extra support. My students learn by the end of each year that if they stick with the content, they can succeed and thrive in their math classes.
