My students love to learn with technology. My school district provides wonderful computer programs for math and reading skills. However, we are lacking sufficient technology for all students to access them each day. These tablets will allow students to become more immersed in the content each day during small group rotations. They will be used independently during both reading and math groups. The touch screen makes the technology more accessible to my kindergarteners. The tablets will also provide opportunities for learning to take care of possessions. My students will be ecstatic to have tablet time each day! I know they will be more engaged in their learning.
