These Kore Wobble chairs will allow students the choice to sit in a traditional chair or utilize this flexible seating option. Many of my remedial students are non-traditional learners or students with ADHD, and high academic needs. These chairs will allow my students to engage in gentle movement which facilitates engagement with the learning activities. Flexible seating will allow the students, non disruptive, but necessary movement which will get their blood moving and increase oxygen to the brain. They will also offer choice to students which is a natural motivator. Just go into any coffee shop and you will see in addition to people socializing, people very engaged in studying or work. The flexible seating options offered in a coffee shop facilitate engagement with work while offering a comfortable option. Why wouldn't we want to offer the same options to our students?
