The Osmo educational gaming accessory attaches to an iPad. The Osmo accessory connects with an app on the iPad to the manipulatives in the real word to bring a one of a kind educational experience to the students. Bringing Osmos into the classroom will challenge early finishers, and help students who are struggling build their basic skills. Through using the Osmos, students will use hands-on manipulatives to solve math, word, coding and puzzle problems. The skills learned through these activities will help students build their 21st century skills as well as practice skills we are learning in the classroom. Students love the opportunity to use technology to learn as well as use manipulatives. Using Osmos will bring both of the learning opportunities to our classroom.
