My students thrive on coming to school each weekday to not only get their educational needs met, but their social and emotional needs met! These eight and nine-year-olds are sweet, funny individuals with unique personalities. Getting to know them each year is part of the charm of being a teacher! Our community is a caring and loving place nestled in the Bitterroot valley of Montana. Rich history surrounds us. I enjoy bringing this history to my students. We have wide-open spaces where our children flourish. They are truly a lucky crew. Each year as school progresses, I see considerable growth in each child. I teach English Language Arts, Mathematics, Art, Social Studies and Science to a group of children who truly try their best. I want the optimum education for them. We work together and we decide to go forward each day with respect for each other. Thank you for reading this short biography of my class.
