Technology is a powerful tool with the ability to engage students in the learning process. I have been extremely lucky to be provided with a Chromebook cart for my classroom this year. However, we are woefully short on classroom sets of headphones. I love to allow my students the opportunity to explore the world through web quests, but these often require students to watch videos, complete song analyses, listen to historic speeches, or focus on their independent learning. As you can imagine, having headphones becomes a necessity. The classroom set that is currently shared by the three Geography teachers are quite old and many of the jacks are broken, rendering them useless as a classroom set. I know the students would appreciate having working headphones available to them when they are focusing on their work. Thank you so much for considering a donation to Ms. O'Keeffe's Geography classes.
