My students are creative and innovative. They are always asking questions and want more information about the historical topics we study. My students are also all on free or reduced lunch and come from disadvantaged backgrounds. School, often times, is the most consistent thing in their lives. My school's goal is to change the trajectory of these students lives and put them on the path to college. We are preparing these students for the future, where they will need to explore and create. These books will allow for them to do just that.

About my class
