Students in elementary schools across the country are losing their music and art programs. My students are very lucky to receive music instruction once a week. We are in a high poverty area in the south but my students are resilient. They take what few opportunities given them and run with it. They are smart, buoyant students, who deserve the best. It is my wish to expose them to music around the world through technology.
