This printer will be our classroom printer. It will allow me to provide my students with handouts and worksheets in color. This will enhance our lessons and allow me to use visual cues to assist my students in learning and understanding the various math topics we will go over this year. Currently our school only has black and white printers, while this is awesome, it limits the effectiveness of our materials. For example, we often use doodle notes, notes that allow the students to color while learning. During instruction there are certain ideas that I will direct them to color with a certain color. Having a color printer will further allow me to use the visual cue, the color, in order to assist the students in remembering and locating the information during assignments.
