My students are fun, energetic and lovable TK and kindergarten students at a charter school in Los Angeles, California. This is a low-income area and families do not have the funds to buy their children the books they need to foster a love of reading. We need more books in our classroom in order for students to really build their love of reading. They love to read books about Science, the weather, and animals. They enjoy looking at the colorful pictures and reading stories that make them smile and laugh.
