The students in my classroom and school are very diverse within culture and personalities. We are very lucky to have such a character rich environment to learn and grow in. Our school is a community of learners. As a school, we come together every Monday and Friday mornings for our morning launch. This brings us together as a community, reminding everyone that they are appreciated and valued within our community. We work together for the common purpose of creating learners and teachers throughout our building. Our students are the best teachers in our building. Not only are they teaching each other, through collaboration and the use of technology, they are teaching the instructors how to be better teachers. I am very proud to be an AKH Husky.
