Our prom theme is "The Met Gala" and we would like to decorate with framed artwork that will educate our students. The Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City. We are taking our cue from the Met and hoping fundraising via donorschoose.org will help us obtain these masterpieces to decorate our prom and then our Art department halls. Our students will benefit by learning about these wonderful works of art and have a beautifully decorated prom. This year due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to raise enough funds for host our Junior/Senior Prom. Therefore, we are turning to you for help. The students have to raise every penny spent on prom and graduation. With the cost of decorations being so high we decided to go with the Met Gala theme so we can use the decorations for educational purposes too. We thank you for any help you can provide our students.
