My amazing students are from a middle class working neighborhood. Although my school is not in a lower income area, usually both parents work in these families. Even though they have many outside activities, most are not exposed to the Fine Arts on a regular basis, if at all. The grade levels that this project is targeting are third, fourth, and fifth.
