I am requesting a class set of Among the Imposters by Margaret Peterson for my ICT class. The students have been so engaged and enthused to read the first book of the series, Among the Hidden, that I hope you can help continue to grow their spirits. This series has engaged even the shyest of student to break out of their shell to discuss the details of the story. Students take quizzes, complete short responses and write summaries to check their learning. At the end of the first book, we have students write a prediction about what they think will happen to the character since the author leaves them on a cliff hanger. Book one of the series has shown students that reading can be exciting and that reading for pleasure is possible. My students and I will be so appreciative to find out what happens to our beloved character.
