Active play is an important part of growing up and and crucial to our health and why not make it exciting!With video games and technology these days children don't always get the exercise they need each day. While at school we will have the opportunity to encourage children to participate in physical activity with bean bags, balls and balancing rocks and exciting activities and games that go along with these materials. I hope my students will feel motivated and more willing to learn about the benefits of staying active and the importance of what it takes to lead a happy, healthy life.

About my class
