These unique classroom seating arrangements will allow my students to choose where they are most comfortable in the classroom. The added comfort will in turn promote heightened levels of productivity, attention, and community. Given an equitable and comfortable space to learn, my students' belief in their abilities will increase. They will feel empowered by having a choice in their physical classroom space. This choice will be founded in how they learn best. Empowered students become strong self-advocates, and know that decisions about them should never be made without them. The flexible seating donation for my classroom will help me prove to my students that they are empowered and worthy of an equitable education.
