Every day my students come with a smile on their face to learn. They inspire me daily to give my best to prepare them for their futures. Many of them have the odds stacked against them, but they continue to grow. Despite their "can-do" attitudes resources are limited at my school. My students have learning and cognitive disabilities that impact them academically and socially. Some scholars in the room come from low socio-economic backgrounds and resources can be limited at home. Our school takes pride in excellence for all. In order to meet my students' diverse learning levels (ranging from Pre-K to 6th grade), personalized learning is a must in my classroom
