Throughout the day, my students are using a variety of materials such as pencils, crayons, scissors, whiteboards, clipboards, etc. They also have binders and notebooks to store as well. As we transition throughout the day, these materials often get misplaced or "lost" in a desk. These storage items will allow students to keep their learning materials organized and cut down on transition times. In both the small group and whole class setting, students will be able to take ownership of their items as they know exactly where to place everything. They will be able to take over class jobs to ensure that items are stored correctly. These different storage items will allow students to focus on the learning and not on the "lost items."
