My 1st grade scholars are truly amazing individuals. They are very creative and they challenge each other and themselves to pick up new skills everyday. Living in an urban poverty stricken community, there are very little opportunities for growth. My scholars are destined to become great with hard work and diligence and affording them every opportunity to practice their math and literacy skills will aide them along their way to greatness. My school has been working hard to push our scholars to the next level. These materials would pushed them even harder and require them to critical think and help prepare for the next grade level.
