Many of my students are from lower income families. They rely on their school for many of the supplies they need. My students love to read and write, but often times we are lacking essential materials for learning. Middle school students are at the toughest developmental age, and they are learning to voice their opinions and ideas. It is wonderful to see their passion come to life through class discussions and debates.
