Presently I teach a 9th/10th grade reading support class and English inclusion classes. 8/20/2020 Can you remember what it was like to read and understand words for the first time? I believe you can, because we all had the opportunity to do just that. When did it happen for you? Kindergarten? First grade? Maybe not until much later? I am a reading specialist at a public school and have students with reading difficulties. I teach students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
