At the Rafael Hernandez K-8 Dual language school, in room 104, second grade class, students join in the school to celebrate two languages, Spanish and English, and to honor the inheritance of the many nations from which they come. Our students have received Spanish instruction from K1 to first grade. In Second grade, they are merged to English instruction. Every two weeks, homerooms rotate to Spanish or English instruction. A total of 46 second graders learn in room 104.
