My students have been highly engaged in project based activities, hands on learning and real-world connected projects. They have discussed among themselves the possibilities of going to places within reach but never having the experience or opportunity to go there. This activity will allow my students to see how engineering, physics and mathematics combined can create technology for people around the world. I anticipate my students benefiting from a highly engaging experience at a location less than 20 minutes from them, but they have no way of getting there. I hear their dreams and aspire to be the one to expose them, not only to the places, but show them the excitement learning mathematics, engineering and science can have on a daily basis. I can allow my students to get real experience, no matter what age, and see how even they can build, create and innovate!
