My classroom goals are to have differentiated groups that allow for discussion and individual learning. My classroom has students of all levels helping each other and teaching each other. I want for my students to know that they can trust themselves and each other. I do my very best to work in small groups to get students to the level they need to be at. We have an open communication and I am still working on encouraging questions. Students do not like to be wrong and they never want to admit that they do not know, so I am working with them on advocating for the knowledge they are missing. I want them to ask questions and discover answers and help each other as much as possible. They need to be able to go out into this world and work in groups and my hope is that they can create lasting relationships.
