We are currently housed in a portable and we have had to get creative when it comes to seating options and making our space functional. We were fortunate to receive donations of carpet squares so students may work around the room. We have also removed the legs from our circle table to provide floor seating. However, most students currently remain in traditional desk seating arrangements. These Flex-Space seating options will give my students choice and comfort in their classroom! Flexible seating provides opportunities for students to practice making responsible choices for their own learning, and it will also help students meet their physical movement needs in order to stay focused on their learning. I hope that by also providing more floor seating options, we can better maximize the space in our small (but loved!) learning environment. We are so excited and so grateful for any and all support!
