Distance learning has definitely changed the way we teach. To explain a math problem, I can't pick up an expo marker and start writing on my dry erase board. My virtual students would not be able to see the problem because they are on the other side of my Zoom. Instead, we use our laptops and tablets to do these things. My virtual students at home will benefit greatly from one iPad being used as a Zoom room and the other will be our “whiteboard.” Students will be able to view me working out math problems just as they would if they were face to face.
