My students are 9-12 grade ENL/ESL students from Haiti, Yemen, Mexico and Panama. Some students have not had the opportunity to attend school for years in their home countries while others are adding English to a list of multiple languages they have already mastered. Our classroom is a place for discovery and inquiry, where we utilize our strengths and overcome our challenges together.
