The materials will help grab the students attention. I can reach students with different learning styles whether they learn best visually, auditory, and kinetically with these resources. Using more effective tools to provide visual aids to my class, will help them to better retain the information, make genuine connections, and move new information, concepts, or processes into their long-term memory. The ability to provide whole group interactive lessons will allow the students to move and be more engaged. Providing a variety of auditory experiences will engage my auditory learners, as well. I can use the white board to demonstrate how to solve math problems for my students. As an Associate Teacher, I don't have access to the classroom white board and the mobile one will allow me to teach whole groups with better spatial capability. It will also allow me to move it with me when I teach from different rooms as I sometimes take the students to the cafeteria or outdoors for another learning experience. It will also allow me to hang my easel pad paper up to create graphic organizers during group instruction time for the students to use and reproduce. Providing the students with clipboards and personal use whiteboards will allow them to experience doing math in a whole new and more engaging manner! I can use the projector to provide differentiated instruction which will include You Tube how to videos, interactive group math activities, Math learning video's, games, and more! I can use the calendar and liquid chalk markers to help the students look ahead to see how they need to prepare for upcoming assignments. I will also be able to use the liquid markers on my overhead projector to provide yet another differentiated lesson experience.
