After moving to a brand new building, the school can not supply the furniture I need to help my students. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home.” We just need your help getting them to our classroom! A horseshoe table is important for small group instruction. In order to make sure my students are getting the support and instruction they deserve, I need to be able to work with them individually. A horseshoe table allows teacher to see what students are doing as they circle around the table. I am also trying to get pockets for each student to put on their chairs. These pockets allow a space for children to store their belongings. Since they have tables, rather than desks, they do not have any where to keep their things. The pockets allow students to be more independent and keep track of their own things. I am trying to allow my students to have their own space that they can take care of and be responsible for.
