Students today have more choices than ever about how and when they learn, but not "where". Research has shown that when they can choose comfortable and relaxed places to sit, they are more engaged, focused, productive, and academic performance can increase. The CanDo Donut Balls and the Intex Inflatable Empire Chair are designed to promote collaboration by being easily moveable so students can work in pairs or groups without rearranging furniture. Movement increases heart rate and oxygen flow to the brain, relaxation lessens anxiety, and learning is just more fun! My students can choose what to sit on and where to sit, giving them maximum choice!
