Technology is our future, if it hasn't taken over already. Being a STEM school, it is our responsibility to get our students ready for the technology driven society that they will partake in. That is why I am seeking donors to help fund Samsung Galaxy tablets in my classroom. Students are already driven by technology and they are only 8-9 years old. Why not make it a part of their every day learning? It is in my and their best interest to give them an opportunity to enhance their learning through technology. My students and I plan on using the tablets to research various topics in math and science, create brochures, letters, power points, educational blogs and profiles, and to also communicate with our parents. From my students and I, thank you for your consideration!
