In my classroom I use Math work stations to maximize student engagement and learning. My students are in need of a new technologic station: IPAD STATION, where students will have iPads to learn and practice Math through Mega Math games, Dreambox, abcya, starfall, ... These programs are related to the content area and level. The use of the iPads, cases and sound splitters in this activity will let them become autonomous with their learning and focus on Math content. Furthermore, we will use the iPads in other content areas, such as Science and Social Studies. Some of the activities will be watch videos on Brain pop junior, Science Fusion or Social studies weekly. The link is posted in our students log in computer access on the school website. This activities will help the students with learning issues and will motive my GT students. Finally, QR codes will be used in our classroom this year for Math. They will practice problem solving and Math facts with this interactive activity using the iPad.
