My classroom is a beehive of activity from the minute students arrive until they head out to the buses or parent pickup. They are active learners who love to think outside of the box and question until they understand the concept we are working on. I can truly say that they keep me on my toes in all of the best possible ways. This group of diverse students have also created a family within our four walls. They accept each other without question and genuinely enjoy each other's company. It warms my heart to hear them greet each other each morning and praise each other when they succeed. They don't do this because I have created this expectation but because of the kind and generous nature in each of them. I am truly blessed to teach these students and want to make sure my classroom has the tools that will continue to help them flourish.
