Having a horseshoe activity table in my resource room would help instruction for my very diverse littles more than one would think! It would make it possible for me to access multiple children more easily while they’re working, provide and clear away materials more efficiently, and keep everyone on task. I utilize “pivot teaching” constantly in my classroom - due to each learner’s very diverse needs, they are all working at different levels. I will often be working a with one learner on a task while the other is working independently or engaging with a reinforcer. This horseshoe table would be PERFECT as I’m implementing this teaching practice!
