Being in a school full of amazing young women is the best! But getting your menstrual cycle unexpectedly is not! By donating to my project, having access to sanitary pads and deodorant will allow my students to feel at ease that they can just take what they need from a basket outside of my classroom without having to ask or go down to the school nurse. Participating in physical activities in gym sometimes calls for a body refresher. Deodorant, along with easy sanitary pad access, will hopefully make them feel less embarrassed about the situation because they don't have to ask anyone! Not all the students have easy accessibility of hygiene products. I want them to be able to take what they need without worry!
