My scientists have a very overwrought day before lunch. I have noticed that some miss breakfast in the mornings and how they lose momentum as the day progresses. They need a serious boost of energy. I think snacks would be a good way to help them stay focused at school and on homework, give them needed nutrients, and keep hunger a float. Snacks can help kids get the extra boost and nutrients they need in order to stay focus within the classroom. Studies show that kids around this age need to eat at least one snack per day. They may even need two if they are going through a growth spurt or if they are very active.
