I am a second year Kindergarten Teacher at a Title One Charter school where more than seventy-five percent of the students are on free or reduced price lunch. My students are all unique and learn in different ways. They are creative, thoughtful and eager to learn daily! I would like to have my students benefit from hands-on, active, engaging projects that challenges them, supports critical thinking and facilitates both independent and team building skills. This will allow them to always think outside the box and inspire them to be inquisitive. It's my goal to continue to keep the classroom environment and learning interesting and fun so that my students will continue to come to school daily excited to try new tasks and develop new skills so as to grow both academically and socially. STEAM CLASSROOM! My students love to create and explore with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Centers.
