My students are voracious readers. Since day one, they are constantly asking to borrow books from our classroom library and take the responsibility of returning them very seriously. Unfortunately, most of my books are picture books for younger learners. My third and fourth graders -- the most avid readers of the ground -- are desperate for new books in Spanish, especially popular series that they recognize in English. New book series in our classroom library will give students a chance to grow their love for reading and make visible progress in their reading level. These books are not always easy to find in our local libraries, and with your help, I can make sure to put as many books as possible in their eager hands and hearts!
