The bowling balls will be used during daily physical education classes to teach students not only how to bowl, but begin to instill in them the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Bowling is one of the few sports that is accessible to all students. Within our bowling unit, the students will also be learning number sense through a real world "FUN" application that they may eventually use outside of school. Many of our learners are brand new to the United States, our students will have the opportunity to bring their knowledge and skills home to their families and into their communities.

About my class
