I teach Visual Art in a Pre-K to 8 School. I move from classroom to classroom with the "Art Cart". It is a unique perspective to see the growth and development that takes place with my young artists throughout these years. I even have the pleasure of currently teaching the children of some of my former students! Artistic expression is a universal language, half of my students are new to this country and are working hard to learn a new language, in my art classes I try to create opportunities for my students to be successful during that process! I am consistently amazed by their innovative ideas. Given the right resources, there is no telling what these students can accomplish.
