I teach 5th grade at a small, neighborhood Title 1 school in southeast Colorado Springs. 85% of our students receive free or reduced lunch, 78% are minority students, and 40% are English Language Learners. I have 17 awesome fifth graders who love to learn and love to read. We are working hard at becoming the leaders in our little school and are always looking for new ways to excel!
