We come from a world where not every looks the same, acts the same, responds the same, and more importantly learns the same. Every day I work with students who are at different skill-levels and exhibit different in class behaviors. Some students can read a chapter book, while some students are still on picture books. Some students can sit and let me talk for hours on end and some students need to be up and active. We are past the times where students can sit in desks, all facing one direction, and having the teacher lecture all day.
