I work in an elementary school and I have 618 students that I am responsible for. My students are from various backgrounds. I have students whose parents have financial resources and I have students whose parents do not. But all of my students are eager to learn, however some of them have many obstacles that may prevent that from happening. My students are the students who fall through the cracks. The students no one notices because they are hidden in a school that from the outside looks like it's perfect. My students are the students needs who need me to see them.
