Having iPads in my classroom will be a learning component for my students. Preparing students to be 21st century leaders is something that I strive for each day. Integrating iPads into my lessons will increase student retention through the use of technology. The use of technology is one of the best ways to keep kids engaged and learning. These iPads would help keep my students engaged and interactive while working on their own, with partners, and in a whole group. We would be able to house these iPads in our classroom to ensure each and every kid has an opportunity to interact with many of the educational apps that have been created and are out there ready to explore. I love being in a classroom where students are not required to be part of teacher-led instruction each day. iPads will allow students to be active learners, collaborate with peers, and develop technology skills. I will use these tablets each day for activities that will further increase their passion to learn. By donating to this project, you are ensuring student success.
