My students are a collected group of movers, thinkers, ponders, and academic explorers. They all have bright minds and are ready to take their own personal experiences and share them with the outside world. They are at the age where they are realizing just how big the world is and what exactly their place is. Many of them are just finding their voice and are ready to share it with anyone who will listen. They all understand the importance of college readiness and jump at any chance of being able to talk with professors or college students. Living in a city where the social and political climate is constantly changing and often not in their best interest, my students are ready to speak for their communities and make a difference.
